BES Systems Ltd is one of the fastest growing independent events companies in the Southwest, with equipment supplied to nearly 300 events in 2009, culminating with 14 events on New Years Eve. We are able to supply anything from a single microphone to full event production with a large range of top quality industry standard equipment.
We specialise in high quality sound equipment, lighting and staging, and can provide for everything from a stage at a shopping centre opening, to a 3 day conference, to an intimate wedding pretty much anywhere in the UK.
Our base in Bristol makes us ideally placed to serve central and southern England, but we have travelled as far a field as Scotland and the south of France.
BES offer a professional down to earth approach, and treat every event with the same care and attention to detail, whether a dry hire, or full production. All our crew are highly experienced, and we can supply everything from a sound technician to a specialist event electrician to ensure that your event goes smoothly and safely.
We are an environmentally aware company, and are always conscious of our carbon footprint, trying to combine journeys where possible, using the smallest vehicle we can. We follow this approach when purchasing equipment, and have stocks of low energy LED lighting and also lightweight switchmode amplifiers which are both more efficient and lighter than traditional power amplifiers, and are always on the look out for ways to reduce our energy use.
Staging & ground support:
Our stage structures and ground support systems are based around the tried and tested Litec range of aluminium box truss with its excellent load bearing strength. We have custom designed and built a range of different truss structures both ground support and suspended.
Sound Equipment:
We have a large range of high quality sound equipment utilising the world renowned British speaker manufacturer Martin Audio with FOH rig and full monitoring. We also have up to 40k of the highly acclaimed Thunder Ridge sound system which is designed and made locally in Bristol.
Event Lighting:
BES have stocks of both indoor and outdoor lighting, with large numbers of generic polished par cans and uplighters, both conventional and low energy LED, to powerful multipars for stage lighting as well as scanners and moving heads for effects lighting. We also have IP rated festoon, PAR64s and coloured metal halide architectural uplighters for effective lighting of trees and buildings.
Power Distro:
We have stocks of power distro, from 100's of metres of outdoor 16A cable, to large 3 phase distro boards, and are able to provide a qualified electrician specially qualified in event electrics if required.
